2. Services

LoopXDigital provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Software Development (Web, Mobile, SaaS, Game Development, AI)
• Design Services (Digital Art, UI/UX, Web Design, Logo Design)
• Publishing Services (Ebook, Comic Book Design and Publishing)
• Business Services (Marketing, Branding, Business Automation)

3. Project Engagement

All projects begin with a consultation and proposal. The scope, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in a separate project agreement or statement of work (SOW).

Changes to the project scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. LoopXDigital retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio
• Use project as a case study (with your permission)
• Retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, tools, or frameworks

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary content, assets, and information
• Maintaining clear communication throughout the project
• Making timely payments as per the agreement

7. Revisions and Modifications

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all project information confidential. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes
• Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• We are not liable for third-party service failures or interruptions

10. Limitation of Liability

LoopXDigital's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client is responsible for payment for work completed up to termination date
• LoopXDigital will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
